PROJECT LEAD AT THE IMPLEMENTATION PHASE

Our consultants have long and thorough experience of acting as the customers internal project leader in the procurement and implementation phases. Generally, in our opinion, it is easier for us as external resources to have opinions and put pressure on participants in the project. The consultants will share their deep knowledge and experience, including the success factors and pitfalls that exist in this type of projects. Daily they act as project leaders in different type of projects and are used to follow up, and, if needed push and set requirements both for external partners and the customers organization; all to optimized project outcome for the customer.
