The most common scenario is when we, already before the procurement is initiated, together with our customer have finalized a Pre-Study and developed a Requirement Specification. We also assist customers during the procurement phase only. We assist our customers to evaluate and choose ERP system, suppliers and other partners. The focus of the suggested procurement agreement is to facilitate for our customers to control the project budget, to minimize delays and to capture the expected gains.

We assist our customers in the procurement of ERP Systems, BI, CRM, WMS, mobile inventory solutions, stand-alone planning- and forecasting systems etc.
